Each Wenwin game is completely immutable. Wenwin only uses smart contracts with no upgradability features to raise the Initial Pot for each game, execute each game, reward stakers, players, and provide fees to frontend operators. There are no multi-sigs and no governance - there is no need to trust any centralized party. The role of the Core Contributors is to help everyone get the most out of Wenwin.
