Goal: Complete a successful fair launch for the Wenwin Lottery using the Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (LBP) to fund the Wenwin Lottery prizes enabling the first Wenwin game (The Wenwin Lottery) to be launched and WW token holders to accumulate real yield based on future ticket sales. Launch of Wenwin 7/35 Lottery

Goal: Automatically use the proceeds from the LBP to launch the first Wenwin Lottery on the Base network with fully audited and immutable smart contracts and the first Frontend Operator.
