FAQs

Getting started

What network is the lottery on?

The Wenwin 7/35 Lottery will launch on Monad.

Are the smart contracts immutable?

Yes, the smart contracts in Wenwin Lottery are immutable and automate all transactions and results, protecting against errors or tampering.

5/25 Play time

How often is the 5/25 draw?

The draw is conducted every 6 hours.

What time is the 5/25 draw?

The draw takes place 4 times a day on Monad testnet.

Where are the draw results published?

Weekly results can be verified by anybody via Monad's blockchain explorer as they are all on-chain and published on the Monad network. The weekly results can also be published by the frontend operators on their websites.

How are the numbers randomly generated?

The random numbers drawn from 25 non-repeating integer numbers ranging from 1 to 25 will be generated from the VRF providers on Monad.

Where can I view my ticket?

Tickets are NFTs and can be viewed via Monad's blockchain explorer as they are all on-chain and published on the Monad network. The tickets can also be displayed by the frontend operators on their websites which user wallets are connected to as well as on NFT marketplaces.

Can someone else play with my same combination of numbers?

Yes. When you buy a ticket, you don't reserve that combination of numbers, and other players can buy it, too. If that number combination wins the Jackpot, the prize will be split amongst all the tickets with that winning combination.

Can I buy the same number combination more than once?

Yes. Anybody can play any number combination, which means you can buy the same number combination more than once. In a hypothetical scenario where there are 3 winning tickets of the Jackpot, and you own 2 of them, you would receive 2/3 of the Jackpot prize. However, it is up to each user to decide whether this makes sense.

Winning and claiming

How do I claim my winnings?

You can claim your winnings by delivering the winning NFT ticket via the frontend operator's website, or directly by connecting your wallet and calling the contract on Monad's blockchain explorer.

How long do I have to claim my winnings?

Winning tickets have a 1 year deadline from the draw time to claim the prize by redeeming the winning NFT ticket.

Can I sell my winning ticket?

Yes, you can sell your winning ticket on the secondary market before or after the draw as an NFT.
